Sabata looked and got some vegetables, and also found some soy sauce. He found a pan and started heating the stove. While the stoves was heating, he began slicing the vegetables and meat at a rate that would surprise anyone that he still had fingers. "Stir fry, coming up." Sabata said. About half an hour later, he was setting two plates of stir fry served over the noodles down on the kitchen counter.

Alina had eaten the one box of noodles, but luckily had more. She helped him where she could and, although she had eaten so much already, she was still hungry. She smiled and took her plate.
"There's a table in here. We can sit and eat. May be a bit easier..." She smiled again and led him to the huge dining room with a table that held close to, if not more, twenty chairs. She sat at the closest seat and motioned for him to sit wherever. "Just sit anywhere. We won't be having guests."

Sabata sat in the closest seat to Alina. "Bon appétit, ma copine." Sabata said, taking a bite of his. He chewed for a few seconds and swallowed. "Hmm, should've used more soy. What do you think?" Sabata gave Alina a glance to see her reaction to the food.

Alina had eaten half the plate already. She smiled and swallowed the bite she was chewing. "It's fine. I haven't had food in a while that I haven't had to cook myself. Ajora's first reaction to my hunger was leftover sandwiches from her and Carth's wedding." She ate some more. Her bottomless stomach was still not being filled. After not eating all night, nor all day, and having the track meet and walking to her old home...it might be a while before she was done.

"There's still some more." Sabata said. "I'm usually a light eater anyways. Trust me, it's never good to have a full stomach before prowling around New York in the middle of the night." Sabata took a few bites of stir fry before continuing. "To much jumping, running, trying to slash. I always try to eat a lot of carrots though, good for the eyes. Good to help in the prowling." Sabata said.

Alina finished the plate and laughed. She sat back, grinning at Sabata. "That sounds so funny, the food part, coming from you. I was under the impression you don't need to eat. Ajora never seems to eat, and finds it funny that I do sometimes." She laughed again and rubbed her stomach.
"That was really good...Now we need dessert! And...I have ice cream!" She hopped up and ran to the kitchen. She grabbed a gallon of Neapolitan ice cream from the freezer and a spoon, then ran back. She sat it down then realized he might want some. "If you want some I can get another spoon..." She hoped he would say no, but she was being polite about it anyway. She was in the mood for the whole gallon.

"Go ahead, like I said, Light eater." Sabata said with a grin. "And just because I don't need to doesn't mean I don't like too. I work it off anyways, so the hell not?" He smiled at Alina. "Now if you had some dark chocolate, or maybe some coffee or tea, I'd could go with that." Sabata said.

Alina grinned and got a big spoonful before he finished speaking. By the end of the sentence, she had dropped the spoon and had her hands on her head, her eyes tightly shut. "Brain freeze...Hold on a minute..." She rubbed the roof of her mouth with her tongue until the pain subsided mostly then rubbed her temples.
"Okay...Coffee, tea, chocolate...All in the kitchen...Uhm...I don't make any of that, and I haven't bought any chocolate...so I dunno if we actually have any...but feel free to check..." She smiled and walked into the kitchen.

Sabata left and came out several minutes later with a cup of some warm liquid. "I made some coffee and put some chocolate, sugar, and creamer in it." Sabata said, sitting the down at the table again, taking a sip of the drink he had made.

Alina followed him, kinda like a lost dog, but unintentionally so. She sat up on the table with her legs crossed, and put the gallon of ice cream in her lap. She ate smaller spoonfuls now, mindful of getting another brain freeze if she ate bigger bites than that.
"I was always told Coffee stunted your growth..." Considering she was just hitting her growth spurt, she still had a little ways to go before she stopped growing. Currently, she was over five foot tall, maybe 5'2 or so...Her parents had both been relatively tall, her mom about 5'7 and her dad about 6'2...She hoped to reach somewhere in between.

"In ridiculously high amounts it does. It's actually the caffeine in it." Sabata said, taking another sip. "I actually usually don't have caffine that much, I don't really like Mountain Due that much, and Coffee isn't the most common drink for me to get my hands on." Sabata took a larger sip now that drink had cooled somewhat.

Alina's eyes widened. He didn't like Mountain Dew! "I love Mt. Dew...Favourite Soda...But I usually only drink gatorade and water. Gotta keep myself hydrated out in the field." She ate some more ice cream but it was beginning to get melty so she covered it and took it back to the freezer. She came back and sat back on the table, crossing her legs and putting her elbows on her knees, head in her hands. She yawned some, covering her mouth with a hand. Now that she was full, she was kinda ready for a nap. And her schedule was outta whack besides that.

"Let me rephrase, I like Mt. Due, but it gets me all jittery because I can never just like have one can/glass/bottle. I just keep drinking it and drinking it until I find myself jumping around and babbling like a mad fool." Sabata said, finishing his coffee in one large gulp. "So basically, it's a terrible Idea to let me have it in general."

Alina laughed. That sounded about right for herself, too. "Totally agree. The ice cream might have been a bad idea, too..." Her tired feeling had seeped away a bit and she felt like running. She hopped up. "So there isn't much to do here, but we could find something, I'm sure. I have music and games in my room..." She shrugged.

"Sounds good." Sabata said, getting up and smiling at Alina. He picked up the two plates from the meal and took them to the kitchen. "To your room....which I have already forgotten the location of, please take me there." Sabata said.
